Rage Racket Privacy Policy

Rage Racket (“the App”) is operated by Lakey Peak (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how the App handles information when you use it on iOS and Android.

Summary

Rage Racket is an offline arcade game. We do not require an account, do not sell your data, and do not use advertising or third-party analytics in the App. The only optional device features are photo library access (to customize the ball) and screen recording (to capture and share gameplay).

Information the App accesses

Photo library (optional)

If you tap the face button, the App asks permission to access your photo library. You may choose a single image to display on the ball during gameplay.

• Access is optional and only happens when you request it.
• The image is used on your device to render the ball. It is not uploaded to our servers.
• We do not collect, store, or receive your photos.

Screen recording (optional)

If you tap the record button during a game, the App may use your device’s screen recording capability to capture gameplay.

• Recording starts only when you choose to start it.
• When you stop recording, the clip is saved on your device and may be shared through your device’s system share sheet (for example Messages or social apps you select).
• We do not receive, host, or review your recordings. Sharing is between you and the app or service you choose.

Information we do not collect

The App does not ask you to create an account and does not collect:

• Name, email address, or contact details
• Precise location
• Advertising identifiers for tracking
• Usage analytics sent to us

Data storage and retention

Gameplay, scores, selected ball images, and recordings remain on your device under your control. Uninstalling the App removes App data from your device subject to your operating system’s behavior.

Third-party services

The App is built with open-source libraries (including Expo and React Native). Those components run on your device as part of the App. We do not operate backend servers that receive your personal data through normal use of the App.

If you share a recording using the system share sheet, the third-party app or service you choose applies its own privacy policy.

Children’s privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
